- Name, email address, age, gender, preferences, and profile details.
- Photos, bio, and other content you choose to upload.
- Messages, matches, likes, and general activity inside the app.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, app version, IP address, and usage analytics, where collected.
- Information needed to process support, safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, or legal requests.

- To help you connect with relevant matches.
- To improve performance, features, and user experience.
- To maintain safety, investigate abuse, and protect the platform.
- To contact you about important updates, support issues, safety matters, support issues, or launch information.
- To comply with app-store requirements, applicable law, fraud-prevention obligations, and child-safety requirements.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate Kubsy, including hosting, analytics, security, moderation, communications, and payment-related providers where applicable, or when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We require applicable providers to handle information consistently with our privacy commitments and applicable requirements.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
6. Security, moderation, and user-generated content
Kubsy includes user-generated content such as profiles, photos, bios, messages, and other content users choose to submit. Kubsy may use automated and human review, reporting tools, blocking tools, moderation processes, and other safeguards to identify and address prohibited content or abusive behavior. Users must not use Kubsy to harass, threaten, exploit, scam, impersonate, traffic, groom, sexually exploit minors, distribute CSAM, or otherwise violate the law or Kubsy's rules.
Safety reporting and blocking
Users can report suspicious profiles, messages, or other content through Kubsy's in-app reporting tools. Users should also use Kubsy's blocking tools to prevent unwanted contact. Safety reports may be reviewed promptly based on severity, and Kubsy may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or cooperate with authorities when appropriate or required.
7. Kubsy Child Safety Standards
Kubsy, developed and operated by KugbaHost, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to every user, profile, message, image, video, link, and other activity on Kubsy.
Prohibited conduct and content
Kubsy strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, distributing, promoting, facilitating, or attempting to obtain any content or activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Sexual content, imagery, recordings, or messages involving a person under 18.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or arranging sexual contact with a child.
- Requests for, links to, or instructions for finding, creating, hiding, or distributing CSAM.
- Sexualized comments, role-play, fantasies, or other exploitative conduct involving children.
- Any attempt to use Kubsy to endanger, exploit, threaten, coerce, or abuse a child.
Age requirement
Kubsy is a dating service intended only for adults aged 18 years and older. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating or using a Kubsy account. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be suspended or removed.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users should use Kubsy’s in-app reporting tools to report suspicious profiles, messages, or content. Child safety concerns may also be reported directly to privacy@kubsy.com with the subject line Urgent Child Safety Report. Please do not email or forward illegal images or videos; instead, provide the username, profile information, message details, and any other non-illegal information that can help us investigate.
Review, enforcement, and reporting
Kubsy may promptly restrict access, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law-enforcement or child-protection authorities where required or appropriate. Confirmed CSAM will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations.
Child safety point of contact
Google Play and authorized child-safety or law-enforcement organizations may contact KugbaHost, the developer of Kubsy, at privacy@kubsy.com.
8. App Store & Google Play Compliance
Kubsy is a dating and social-discovery service intended for adults. Kubsy is designed to operate in accordance with applicable Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, as well as applicable privacy, consumer-protection, child-safety, and other laws. Platform rules can change, so Kubsy may update its controls and practices when required.
Apple App Store requirements
- Kubsy must maintain an accessible privacy policy that explains the data it collects, how data is collected and used, relevant third-party sharing, and data retention and deletion practices.
- Because Kubsy contains user-generated content, it provides or will provide mechanisms to filter objectionable content, report offensive content, block abusive users, and contact Kubsy about safety concerns.
- Kubsy prohibits pornographic content, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, bullying, threats, and other prohibited or abusive uses. Kubsy is not intended to facilitate prostitution or sexual exploitation.
- Users who create an account must be able to initiate account deletion from within the app. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data that Kubsy is not legally required to retain.
- Where Kubsy offers paid digital features, subscriptions, or other in-app digital functionality through the iOS app, Kubsy will use Apple's required in-app purchase mechanisms except where an applicable Apple rule or entitlement permits another payment method.
- Kubsy will provide truthful and accurate information about paid features and subscription terms, including applicable pricing and renewal information.
Google Play requirements
- Kubsy is a dating app and therefore is intended only for adults. Kubsy will use appropriate age-gating and Play-supported controls to prevent minors from accessing the dating functionality.
- Kubsy maintains published standards prohibiting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and other exploitation of children.
- Kubsy provides an in-app mechanism for users to submit safety concerns or reports and maintains a child-safety point of contact at privacy@kubsy.com.
- Kubsy will take appropriate action on confirmed or known CSAM and other child-safety violations, including removal, account restriction or termination, preservation of relevant records where appropriate, and reporting to competent authorities when required by applicable law.
- Because Kubsy contains user-generated content, Kubsy will maintain ongoing moderation, in-app reporting, and user-blocking mechanisms and will prohibit objectionable or abusive content and conduct.
- Users who create an account must be able to request account deletion both from within the app and through an external web resource. Kubsy will delete associated user data when deletion is requested, except for data that Kubsy is legally permitted or required to retain for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Where Kubsy sells digital features, subscriptions, virtual items, or other digital services through Google Play, Kubsy will use Google Play Billing unless an applicable Google Play program or policy permits an alternative.
- Subscription offers will clearly disclose the price, billing period, renewal terms, and material conditions, and Kubsy will not use deceptive or manipulative purchase flows.
Platform privacy disclosures
Kubsy will keep its Apple App Store privacy information and Google Play Data Safety disclosures consistent with its actual data practices. The disclosures may include account information, profile information, photos and user content, messages and activity, and technical or analytics information described in this Privacy Policy. If Kubsy introduces new data collection, permissions, advertising, analytics, payment providers, or third-party SDKs, this Privacy Policy and the applicable store disclosures will be updated as required.
Apple and Google policies are platform requirements, not a substitute for applicable law. This section describes Kubsy's intended platform-compliance practices and does not guarantee acceptance or continued availability in any app store.
9. Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
To request deletion, email us at privacy@kubsy.com with the subject line Delete My Data.
Once we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your information, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
